Description
Do you give yourself permission to play as an adult? What if you did?
Play, wonder, curiosity, joy – to me, these are about how we approach life – the path, not the end goal. Why does that make a difference? Play as a path provides the space to find clarity, creativity, connection, and letting go.
Let’s explore what YOUR play looks like, how play could fit in your life, and how it could bring you new perspective, a different energy in work, and small moments of joy at any point in your day.
Included:
- Toy box full of supplies (value $100)
- LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ session (value $250)
- 8 live sessions (invaluable! – you get to spend time with me and other cool people)
- Video or Audio Recordings for any missed sessions (but it’s more fun to attend live)
- Regular prompts across the 2 months of the program
