Upcoming Engagements

Ellevate LA POD Club: A monthly discussion inspired by podcasts. Up next: Business Doing Social Good. September 28 , 2022 8:00am PT

I’m honored to deliver the keynote and a creative workshop at this upcoming women’s leadership retreat.

Keynote: Play, Paths, and Power: Leaning in to Feminine Leadership

Workshop: Expanding Your Toolbox For Greater Clarity

Clarity starts with knowing who you are and letting those values guide your decisions and actions. Sounds easy, right? The challenge comes when anxiety or uncertainties cloud that clarity. In this interactive workshop we’ll use various strategies to broaden your available processing tools so that you can break out of destructive thought patterns and coax out your clarity to take your next step with confidence.

Podcasts and Recordings

She Leads Now podcast, episode 35

Recorded in the Spring of 2022 as I had just made a significant job transition, this was a beautiful conversation space to reflect on my professional journey, transitions and negotiations, and what it means to lead a team. She Leads Now is hosted by Sabine Gedeon.

Life After Corporate
ep. 67

In 2020, I was chosen as one of four speakers for Ellevate Network’s special Raise Her Voice event in Los Angeles. It was scheduled for March 2020. Yup. March 2020. You can guess the next steps – postponed, postponed, postponed, … changed to virtual.

We were all still figuring out a virtual event of this type, but I am still grateful for the opportunity to give precious thought to how my style of leadership was shaped by a seminal experience living in what was then the Soviet Union.
